We deliver your order in 1-2 working days if you order in the Netherlands. If you order during the weekend, you will receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest!

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
1. Return Policy
From the moment you have received your product, we give you 14 days to change your mind. Together with the return form, you can return it to the return address stated on the return form.

2. Is it possible to exchange the item?
Yes, it is possible to exchange a product for a different size or color. In this case you can return your product. And then you place a new order. (Return costs are for your own account)
3. Condition of the goods upon return
We can only exchange or refund the full purchase amount if you have not used the products. If the products have been used, the label has been removed or there are clear traces of further use (make-up and lipstick stains, fragrances, etc.) on the goods, these can no longer be sold by us and unfortunately we cannot reimburse the purchase price.
